ISD 728’s EdVenture Club serves students in grades K-5 throughout the school year.  Part-time and full-time options are available!

EdVenture Club…More than school age care 

Community Education’s EdVenture Club is a unique combination of fun enrichment activities with extended hours for your convenience.  With over 18 years of successful extended day experience, we provide a quality program that complements the school day.  Featured enrichment includes reading and math reinforcers, physical education, science, art and more!

Students can attend from 6am to the start of school and after school through 6pm. 

EdVenture Club is also open from 6am-6pm on non-school days offering an enrichment day camp format as well as field trip options! Serving the Zimmerman, Elk River, Rogers, and Otsego communities.

Morning Program:
Students attend between 6:00am and school starting time Monday through Friday.  A variety of games, cards, gym time, playground, and other choices is available. Enrichment activities are planned up to 3 times per week.  Snack and juice are provided daily.

Afternoon Program:
Students can attend after school until 6:00pm Monday through Friday.  Each day includes enrichment and recreation activities as well as a snack and juice.  See schedule at your site for days and grade levels.

Non-School Days:
Enrichment day camp formats are available from 9am-3pm with 6am-6pm option.  Students are divided by grade levels for enrichment topics as well as structured physical activity classes.

Is your school not listed?
Families are welcome to attend any EdVenture Club location throughout the district.  Students that are home-schooled, attend private school or public school are always welcomed. 
Parker Elementary also serves Lincoln, St. Andrew's & Solid Rock  Schools
Rogers Elementary also serves Mary Queen of Peace & Kaleidoscope Schools
Zimmerman Elementary
also serves Westwood in the afternoon only.

Participation:
Participation is flexible, with choices for a variety of combinations of morning and afternoon times and/or non-school days. There is no long-term commitment; registration is accepted weekly. All students must be paid by the Monday prior to the week they will attend. Payments are based on a full-time or part-time status.

Rates differ between communities based on start and end time of schools.

Elk River, Rogers & Otsego Rates for 2010-2011:

  • AM Full Time, 4-5 days    $38/week
  • AM Part Time, 2-3 days   $26/week
  • AM One Day Rate            $14/day
  • PM Full Time, 4-5 days   $47/week
  • PM Part Time, 2-3 days   $34/week
  • PM One Day Rate            $17/day


Zimmerman Rates for 2010-2011:

  • AM Full Time, 4-5 days    $37/week
  • AM Part Time, 2-3 days   $25/week
  • AM One Day Rate             $13/day
  • PM Full Time, 4-5 days    $47/week
  • PM Part Time, 2-3 days    $34/week

Registration:
We are now accepting registrations for the 2010/2011 school year. You will need to Download a EdVenture Club Attendance & Payment Registration form for your location and a EdVenture Club Family & Child Information form from below complete it and submit via mail or by fax. Deadline to register for the first week of school is August 23, 2010.  Ongoing registration deadlines are Monday-9am, a week prior to your intended week of attendance.
