Welcome to District 728 Community Education

Our mission is to build community through citizen involvement and lifelong learning while educating, inspiring and empowering all of our learners across ISD 728.

ISD 728, with schools in Elk River, Otsego, Rogers and Zimmerman, services more than 61,000 residents.  District 728 Community Education provides quality programs and services for all ages, from the very youngest learners through to adult and senior citizens. Citizen advisory councils assist staff in identifying needs and meeting them in the most effective ways. We welcome your participation in our programs and your ideas to improve the services we provide.
