Apply To Use A District Facility

If you are interest in reserving any district facilities (indoor or outdoor),please print and mail/fax a PDF version of the application, or submit your application online. Submit form at least 10 days prior to the requested date of use.

Please note:  submission of a facility application is required to schedule use of any district facility.  Your event has not been scheduled and facility use has not been authorized until you receive the customer confirmation permit that must be brought to your event.
